How the model works
Why per deliverable, not per month
Sustainability work arrives as events: a customer requests your EcoVadis rating, a retailer sends a packaging template, a bank wants ESG data, a tender names a certification. Each event has a deadline and a finish line. So that is what we sell: the finished deliverable, reviewed and signed off by a senior specialist, at a price you know before we start.
- Fixed scope, fixed price. Every deliverable has a defined scope and a fixed base price, from EUR 950 to EUR 3,900 depending on the framework. The base price covers one legal entity; if your situation is bigger than the base scope, more entities, more SKUs, more sites, we say so on the call and quote the exact number before starting. No hourly surprises.
- You buy the answer, not software. Document tools hand you a blank form and a monthly invoice. Consultants sell you hours. We return the completed, evidence-backed deliverable: every value traced to one of your documents or to a clearly labelled estimate, gaps listed honestly instead of papered over, and a ready-to-adapt template for every standard document you turn out to be missing.
- A senior expert signs every deliverable. AI does the drafting from your data; a senior specialist reviews everything, corrects what needs correcting, and puts their name to it before delivery.
