Why fashion suppliers get so many requests
Brands and retailers in fashion are under pressure to show where their products come from and what they are made of. Much of that information sits with their suppliers. So a garment or textile maker who supplies several brands receives several questionnaires, ratings and data requests each year, each in its own format, often with overlapping questions and different deadlines.
The work is rarely difficult. It is repetitive, it needs documents that are scattered across the company, and it lands on someone who already has a full job.

We build one evidence file from your documents: policies, certificates, energy data, product and material specifications, supplier information. Every request is answered from that file, with a source for every value, and a senior ESG expert signs the deliverable before it goes back to you. The next request starts from the same file.

Do you do Higg, Sedex or other industry schemes?
Not as standard deliverables yet. Much of the evidence overlaps with EcoVadis and brand questionnaires, so tell us on the call which scheme you are asked for and we will say honestly whether we can help.
Our production is partly outsourced abroad. Does that matter?
It changes what the questionnaires ask about your suppliers, not whether we can help. We work with the supplier information you hold and list clearly what you would need to collect from your own suppliers.
What about digital product passports?
The EU is preparing product passport rules for textiles under the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation. As of September 2026 the detailed requirements for textiles are not final, so we do not sell a deliverable for them yet. The product and material data we collect for your customers today is the same kind of data a passport will need.
