Retailers ask for the data. We deliver it, signed.
Food and drink makers supply retailers who report on their own supply chains, and their packaging. That turns into templates, questionnaires and ratings for you. Send them to us: you get the finished answer back, every value sourced, signed by a senior ESG expert.
No commitment. We'll tell you on the call whether we can hit your deadline.
Does your company have a formal environmental policy?
Yes. The environmental policy adopted by the management team in March 2025 covers energy use, production waste and water at both sites1. Progress on both targets is reviewed by management each quarter2.

- VSMEOne consistent set of sustainability data for every customer and bank that asks.
- Customer scorecardsRetailer supplier scorecards and surveys in their own format, answered from the same evidence.

Why food and drink makers get these requests
Retailers report on their own supply chains, and on the packaging they put on the market. The EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) applies from 12 August 2026, and retailers are pushing its data needs down to their suppliers as per-product templates. At the same time, retailers and large brands ask for climate data through CDP and for ratings such as EcoVadis.
For a food or drink maker, each of these arrives as a separate request with its own deadline. Most of the underlying data is the same: energy, packaging, ingredients, suppliers.
How we help
We build one evidence file from your documents and answer each request from it. Every value has a source, estimates are labelled, and what is missing goes on a gap list. A senior ESG expert signs the deliverable before it goes back to you.
What we need from you
- The requests themselves, with their deadlines
- Product and packaging specifications, including component weights and materials where you have them
- Energy and fuel use for the last full year
- Certificates you hold, for example for food safety or environmental management
- Your policies, and what you know about your key suppliers

Common questions
Something else? Ask it on the call.
Can you calculate our product footprint?
Not as a deliverable yet. Company-level emissions are part of CDP, VSME and CO2-Prestatieladder work. If a customer asks for product-level footprints, tell us on the call and we will say honestly what we can do.
Do you help with EU deforestation rules?
If you place cocoa, coffee, palm oil, soy, cattle, rubber or wood products on the EU market, the EU Deforestation Regulation adds due diligence duties. We do not offer that as a deliverable yet, but much of the supplier information overlaps, so raise it on the call.
Our packaging suppliers hold most of the data. What then?
We fill in what your own documents support, estimate what can be soundly derived and label it, and give you a ready-to-send request for each packaging supplier for the rest. Collecting the missing data takes one email per supplier.
